‘Searching for Celluloid’ is a project examining the materiality of celluloid film and its associated physical processes of cutting and projection. Artist Mary Stark is developing her work creating woven tapestries from abandoned or unwanted film. She will document explorations of the material and the development of a large-scale artwork over the next few months, as well as visit archives, cinemas, film labs and exhibitions.

Producing a live ambient vocal score to a silent film using part recorded and part live sound and a range of technology. All the sounds would be made by using just the voice.

A guerrilla writing project inserting fake errata slips into the pages of periodicals in Cornerhouse bookshop, adding a fictional dimension to the publication.

Experimenting how to display, share, categorise and make people experience sound collections using specimen boxes similar to those commonly used in museums for the presentation of insect collections.
